Project Description: 

This ground up construction project encompassed the full breadth of work from archtiectural design to fine finishes. Working with Built Narrative Studio on architecture, Lyons Studio formulated a concept for a structure that would reinterpret traditional bucolic architecture in a contemporary and inviting way. This helped lay the groundwork for an approach to the interiors that both reflected the clean lines of the architecture while also enhancing the playful nature of the home. This home required practical considerations in regards to function and budget. Utilizing a mix of practical selections alongside custom and vintage pieces help give a warmth and personality to the home.

For this project, Lyons Studio managed and designed the home from architectural design and finishes to interior design. This included design of plans and architectural details, procurement of finishes and furnishings, construction management, landscape and lighting design.
