Project Description:

For this project, we were fortunate to work with our clients to bring the home they had been stewards of for over 30 years into the current era. Our goal was to create a modernized home that still retains key historical features. The project involved a complete overhaul of the home's internal systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and structural updates. For the interiors, we worked to unify historic elements with contemporary fixtures with a fun and colorful approach to aesthetics. There is extensive custom millwork throughout the home which brings thoughtful design and purposeful elements to many rooms. The eclectic and sophisticated mix of furniture and wall coverings adds to the overall warm and inviting feeling of the home. 

Lyons Studio was responsible for the complete overhaul of this home. This included architectural design, project and construction management, systems design and supervision, procurement of finishes and furnishings, interior design and client advocacy.
